    Great guide, great views

We had such a fun day to Essaouira, and the guide made a big difference because he was full of little local facts. My favourite part was the fishing port, seeing the men fixing nets and the wooden boats in that bright blue colour. The goats in the argan trees were funny to watch, even if everyone crowded around for photos. There was enough free time for a slow lunch and a bit of shopping in the medina. It felt relaxed all day, no pressure at all.

    Well organised and scenic

We booked this because we wanted to see something different from the beach hotels, and it was a very nice choice. The guide took us to the Skala ramparts first, which was smart because the light was good and it was less crowded. I also liked the tea stop on the way, simple but welcome after the early pickup. The town has a relaxed feeling, and even with the market and port it never felt stressful. Everything ran on time, which I appreciate a lot.

    Good trip, long day

Overall a very nice tour and I would recommend it, but be ready for a full day because the transfer from Agadir is quite long. Essaouira itself was worth it, especially the walk through the medina and down to the port where the blue boats are lined up. I liked the lunch break because we could choose our own place and sit outside, which was pleasant. The only thing I would change is having a little more time for shopping, I found some good woodwork and had to hurry a bit.

    Beautiful and very relaxed

This excursion was a great change of pace from Agadir. Essaouira feels calm and a bit old-fashioned in the best way, with white streets and blue doors everywhere. I really enjoyed the old port, especially seeing the fishermen with the sardines and the seagulls fighting over scraps, it was chaotic but fun. We also stopped to see the goats in the argan trees, which was silly and memorable. The guide was friendly and spoke clearly in English, so it was easy to follow.

    Lovely day by the coast

We had a really good day from Agadir to Essaouira, long drive but the stops helped break it up. The argan oil stop was actually interesting, not just a souvenir push, and we got to taste the oil with bread. My favourite part was walking the Skala ramparts with the wind coming off the sea, you can see the old cannons and the fishing boats below. Our guide kept things moving without rushing us, and we still had enough time for a proper lunch in the medina.

    Nice place, bit rushed

Essaouira itself is worth visiting, no doubt, and I liked the port with all the fishing boats and gulls everywhere. The guide was friendly and the stops on the way were okay, especially the tea break. For me the tour felt a little too structured though, and free time in the medina went faster than I wanted, I would have stayed longer for lunch and shopping. If you just want an easy day from Agadir it works well, but don’t expect loads of time to explore on your own.

    Perfect mix of history

I really enjoyed this excursion. The best part for me was walking the Skala ramparts with the Atlantic wind in your face and the sound of the waves below, it felt very different from the inland Moroccan towns. Our guide also took us through the market area where we had time to look at scarves, olives and small souvenirs. Lunch was on our own, so I found a little place near the harbour and had sardines. Everything ran smoothly and the day felt well paced.

    Great guide, long drive

The trip itself was very enjoyable and the guide was friendly and knowledgeable, especially when explaining the old port area and how the fishing works there. Essaouira is calmer than Agadir, which I liked, and the medina felt easy to walk around compared with bigger Moroccan cities. My only small issue was the drive, it is a bit long if you are not used to day trips. Still, the tea stop on the way helped, and the argan oil visit was better than I expected.

    Well organised and easy

Très nice trip, honestly. The bus was comfortable and the guide kept everything moving without making it feel rushed. We stopped to see the goats in the argan trees, which sounds a bit touristy but it was fun and everyone was taking photos. In Essaouira I loved the whitewashed streets and the walk along the Skala ramparts with the sea on one side and the old cannons on the other. I also had time to browse little shops for spices and some handmade wood items.

    Lovely day on the coast

We had a really good day out from Agadir to Essaouira. The stop at the argan oil place was interesting, and I actually bought a small bottle of the cooking oil after tasting it. In Essaouira the guide walked us through the old medina and down to the port where the blue fishing boats were all lined up, that was my favourite bit. Plenty of free time for lunch too, I had fresh grilled fish right by the harbour. Long day but very easy and relaxed.

Perfect mix of guide and free time

We had a really nice day on this trip, and I liked that it wasn’t too scripted. The guide took us through the medina and the old port, then let us wander on our own for lunch and shopping, which was ideal. I bought some small spices near the market and had fresh sardines by the harbour. The famous goats on the argan trees were a funny surprise, even if they were a little far away. All in all, very relaxed and easy to enjoy.

    Easy day with good pacing

This tour worked really well for us. I was worried it might feel rushed, but there was enough time to see the port, the ramparts and still stop for lunch on our own. My favourite moment was watching the fishing boats come in while the guide explained the old fortifications, it made the town feel very alive. The bus was clean and the pickup was on time, which I always notice. Also, the little tea stop on the way was a nice touch, not something I expected.
