Accessibility Statement
What we have done to make this site usable for everyone, what is still missing, and how to tell us about a barrier.
Our commitment
We want this website to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who navigate with a keyboard, a screen reader, magnification or voice control. We aim to meet Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA.
What this site already does
- Content is built with semantic headings, lists and landmarks, so screen readers can move through a page by structure.
- Every interactive element is reachable by keyboard and shows a visible focus outline.
- Form fields have associated labels, and errors are reported as text rather than colour alone.
- Text and controls keep a contrast ratio intended to meet AA against their background.
- Pages reflow to narrow screens and remain usable at 200% zoom.
- The site is fully available in Arabic with right-to-left layout and mirrored navigation.
- Tap targets are sized for comfortable use on touch screens.
Limitations we know about
- Some archived tour photography predates our alt-text standard and may lack a useful description.
- Parts of the booking flow, particularly the date and time picker, are not yet optimised for every screen reader.
- If you pay online, the payment screen belongs to our provider and is outside our direct control.
- Some downloadable documents, where offered, may not be fully tagged.
We are working through these. Where a fix is not yet in place, we will tell you and offer an alternative way to complete the task.
Accessibility of the experiences themselves
This statement covers the website. Physical accessibility varies a great deal between experiences — desert and mountain trips, boat days and camel rides involve uneven ground, steps and vehicles that cannot always accommodate wheelchairs or mobility aids. Tell us what you need before you book and we will answer honestly about what is possible rather than letting you arrive and find out.
Tell us about a barrier
If something on this site prevents you from doing what you came to do, email info@agadirlartours.com or message +212 630463227. Tell us the page and what happened, and we will reply with a fix, a workaround, or an honest timescale. We would rather hear about a problem than have you struggle silently.
