What we collect when you book, why we need it, and how long we keep it.
What we collect
To operate a booking we need your name, email address, phone number, pickup details and participant counts. For transfers we also store your flight number and accommodation address. Payment details are handled by our payment provider and never stored on our servers.
Why we need it
Your data is used to confirm and operate your booking, contact you about changes (delays, weather, pickup times), and meet our accounting obligations. We send booking-related emails — confirmations, receipts and, where you opted in, occasional travel updates you can unsubscribe from at any time.
Who can see it
Only the staff operating your trip see your booking details. Our payment provider sees the data it needs to process payment. We do not sell or rent personal data, ever.
How long we keep it
Booking records are kept for the period required by Moroccan accounting rules, then deleted. You can request a copy or deletion of your data at any time through our contact page.
Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies for security (session and CSRF protection). No advertising trackers are used on this site.
